Sushi Rolls

  • 3 nori sheets
  • 1 carrot in very thin slice
  • 1/8 red cabbage cut in thin slices
  • 1 avocado cut in slices
  • a handful of lettuce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs pomgranate seeds (optional)

Sauce

  • 1 tbs PW peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pea wasabi
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs soy cooking cream or coconut cream
  • 1 tbs maple PW syrup
  • a few tbs of water

Method

To make 3 sushi rolls

Put the nori on a bamboo mat shiny side down

Put the lettuce on the nori sheet first and then the other ingredients. End with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Roll the sushi with the bamboo mat.

Wet the end of the roll with a little water to seal the roll.

Wet your knife and cut the roll into desired slices.

Mix all the sauce ingredients until you have a smooth sauce. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
