Cookie Dough Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Protein World instant oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 45ml almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tbsps. Coconut flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla Slender Blend

Method

  • Add dry ingredients (except for cacao nibs) to microwave-safe mug and mix until well combined.
  • Add milk and stir through until smooth. Whisk the egg white in to this mixture with a fork until a batter is formed. Fold in cacao nibs and sprinkle a couple on top of the mixture.
  • Microwave on high for approx. 1 ½ minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serves 1
