Cinnamon Protein Donuts
- 5 scoops vanilla slender blend
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 3 tbsp low fat cottage cheese or ricotta
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp baking soda, gluten free
- ¼ cup PW maple syrup
- 2 tbsp granulated stevia
- 2 tbsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 32 F (160 C)
Blend Slender Blend Powder with egg whites, cottage cheese, coconut flour, coconut milk and baking soda.
Pour batter into donut tray or muffin pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool.
Remove from tray or pan and squeeze date syrup on top of each donut
Mix stevia and cinnamon together and sprinkle on the donuts. Press and roll donuts in the stevia and cinnamon.
Serves 8 donuts.
