• 100g of plain flour

  • 4 scoops @proteinworld Vegan Slender Blend Salted Caramel

  • 100g plain yogurt

  • 12g baking powder


for the filling:

  • 30g peanut butter

  • 25g maple syrup

  • cinnamon



  • In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until no lumps remain.

  • Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it by hand for 3 minutes, or until a soft dough forms.

  • Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes while you prepare the filling—this allows the gluten in the dough to settle and relax, making rolling out much easier.

  • Roll out the dough and then top with the peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  • Cut your cinnamon rolls

  • Place your rolls in a lightly greased 9 or 10-inch

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes
