3 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tbs Protein Wolrd Slender maple syrup
5 scoops of Slender Porridge in Chocolate
a handful of mixed nuts
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
2 tbs coconut flakes
3 tbs regular (gluten free) oats - for added texture
Serves 6 (used to sprinkle over yogurt & fruit etc)
Mix everything in a big bowl until everything is covered in coconut oil and the maple syrup and spread the mixture open on an oven tray lined with baking paper bake for 10 minutes on 170c (340).
Let it cool and store in an airtight container/jar.
