Berry Belly Blaster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops strawberry milkshake Slender Blend 
  • 200ml almond milk 
  • 30g 0% fat greek yoghurt 
  • 30g frozen blueberries
  • 40g frozen strawberries

Method

Berries are very low in sugar content but also packed with fibre. They help to improve blood sugar and insulin levels which prevents depositing belly fat!

 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
