Apple Pie Shake

Ingredients

  • 20g oats (or Vanilla Slender Porridge)
  • 20g Vanilla Whey Protein Concentrate
  • 1 apple, cored & chopped
  • Half tsp cinnamon
  • 150ml water
  • ice cubes

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth – add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency
