Apple Pie Shake

Ingredients
- 20g oats (or Vanilla Slender Porridge)
- 20g Vanilla Whey Protein Concentrate
- 1 apple, cored & chopped
- Half tsp cinnamon
- 150ml water
- ice cubes

Method
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth – add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency
