Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend (or Vegan Blend)
  • 1 green apple
  • 200ml almond milk
  • ¼ cup Protein World Slender Porridge (or instant oats)
  • 100g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 6-8 ice cubes
