WEIGHT GAINER DOUBLE CHOC BROWNIES

 

Ingredients

 

• 4 scoops Milk Chocolate WPC 
• 250g brown sugar 
• 50ml water 
• 60g dark chocolate 
• 2 large eggs 
• ½ cup coconut oil 
• 100g oat flour 
• ¼ tsp baking powder
 • ½ tsp salt 
• 90g peanut butter, smooth 
• 20g peanuts, chopped
 

Method

 

Indulgent, chocolatey & packed full of protein and carbs to help you bulk! Easy to make and delicious to eat, these are the perfect post workout treat! 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tine with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwavable bowl combine the sugar, water and chocolate and gently heat the mixture over a pan of simmering water. Once chocolate has melted, allow to cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the oil and eggs to the chocolate mix. In a separate bowl, add the flour, whey protein, baking powder and salt.
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir until combined – do not over mix.
