PROTEIN SNOW BALLS

 

Ingredients

 

  • 120g (12 yellow scoops) of protein powder
  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 370g desiccated coconut
  • extra coconut for rolling
 

Method

 
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
2. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls
3. Roll these in the extra coconut and lay on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
4. Pop in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up & enjoy!
