LIME COCONUT SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients

 

  • 3 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend or Keto Blend
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 Lime, juice
  • 1/2 Banana
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Avocado
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • ½ tsp Coconut oil
  • 200ml Coconut water
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 

Method

 
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut and and chia seeds or any other topping of your choice
